Koshun Kiln is located in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture — the only town in the prefecture without a coastline, yet home to a centuries-old pottery tradition. Situated in the historic Nakao-yama pottery district, Koshun Kiln released its signature Hotaru Medaka series in 2000.
